Skilled Construction Laborer; Tools

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled construction laborer with their own tools to join our team on active job sites throughout San Francisco. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on construction experience who can support multiple trades and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• Perform general construction labor including site cleanup, material handling, and demolition
• Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Load/unload materials and organize job site
• Perform basic tasks such as framing support, drywall assistance, and minor repairs
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have own basic construction tools (hand tools, drill, etc.)
• 2+ years of construction or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to take direction and work independently
