Westar Marine Services in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced Lead Welder to direct welding and fabrication across our fleet and shop. This hands-on leadership role requires you to weld on vessels and shore facilities, mentor junior welders, and set safety and workmanship standards.
You will read blueprints, manage daily tasks, and ensure work meets ABS, USCG, and company quality requirements while maintaining equipment and tools.
