Hotel Emblem San Francisco is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join the team. The General Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the corrective, preventative and emergency maintenance needs of the property.

$500 New Hire Cash Bonus Offered now through 7/24/2026.

• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
• Basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Carpentry and screening.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Changing locks, installing smoke alarms.
• Pool maintenance.
• Maintain shop and tools in clean, orderly and safe condition.
• Periodically clean gutters, drain water heaters.
• Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

Pay Range: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour depending on experience

Preferred: 1-2 years of maintenance experience.

• Minimum of two years maintenance experience.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, screening and locks.
• Proper tool and chemical use.
