- Complete service requests, preventative maintenance, and prepare apartments for new residents (turns/make-readies)
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, and general maintenance repairs
- Assist with renovations, remodels, capital improvement projects, and property upgrades
- Maintain quality workmanship while meeting project timelines
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance, as required
- Maintain excellent customer service with residents and team members
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Travel between properties throughout Northern California
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance, construction, or renovation experience preferred
- Knowledge of residential building systems and maintenance best practices
- HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must have standard tools and smartphone for work order assignments
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors
