Our client, a leading organization in commercial property management, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting the maintenance and safety of commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Assist with operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and industrial systems.

Perform basic repairs on building systems including doors, floors, plumbing, HVAC, and miscellaneous equipment.

Replace HVAC filters, clear drain pans, and maintain building management systems.

Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety and operational issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Respond promptly to emergency situations and customer service requests, maintaining high-quality service delivery.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

4+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.

Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry.

Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Ability to work independently, respond to emergencies, and operate various tools and equipment safely.
