Position: Commercial HVAC Foreman          at Recruiting USA        in        San Francisco,        California

Commercial Hvac Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead field crews on commercial HVAC new construction projects in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong installation, startup, and commissioning experience who is committed to delivering high-quality projects safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation crews on new construction projects.
  • Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Perform and oversee HVAC system commissioning, equipment startups, and VFD startups.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
  • Maintain quality control while ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
  • Train and mentor field personnel and promote a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Foreman.
  • Must have commercial new construction experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC commissioning, equipment startups, and VFD startups.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, sheet metal, piping, controls, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read blueprints and coordinate multiple phases of construction.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and deliver projects on time.
  • Valid California driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $120,000-$150,000 annual salary (DOE)
