Company:
The Boldt Company – Western Operations
Anticipated Salary Range: $84,000.00-$

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

At Boldt, Field Engineers play a critical role in connecting project planning with field execution, serving as a key partner to Superintendents, Project Managers, trade partners, and skilled craft professionals throughout the construction process. This position offers a unique opportunity to be highly engaged on active construction sites, gaining firsthand exposure to how complex projects are built while helping ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Field Engineers are problem solvers and relationship builders who support day to day field operations, help remove constraints, and assist project teams in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.

As a Field Engineer, you will be an integral member of the field operations team, assisting with the coordination of project information, contract documents, drawings, schedules, and site activities needed to successfully construct our projects. You will work closely with field leadership to support quality control, safety initiatives, production tracking, document management, and project coordination efforts. Through participation in field meetings, look-ahead planning, and the Boldt Production System (BPS), you will help drive communication and alignment between office and field teams while contributing to continuous improvement and Lean construction practices.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, thrives in a dynamic construction environment, and is looking to build a long‑term career in construction operations and project leadership.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$ annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
