This position functions as SFVA Medical Center's Liaison for VA's Homeless Providers Safe Haven Program. It's responsible for monitoring and coordination of services provided by community-based programs funded under VA's Homeless Providers Safe Haven Program to ensure that Veterans in community-based funded programs are receiving quality services.
