Salary: $23.50 - $26.00 hourly, depending on experience
Hours:
Part-time, up to 25 hours per week (Mon–Fri 2:30‑6:45pm)

Positions:
Girls’ Soccer Coach – One of our sites within the After‑School program; coordinates the 6th‑8th grade Girls Got Goals team.
- Teach basic soccer fundamentals with a youth‑development focus to girls ages 11‑14.
- Supervise youth during practices, games, field trips, and homework lab.
- Supervise and support a youth worker (YAPster).
- Assist with transportation to games and workshops, coach games, and supervise players in the Girls Got Goals League.
- Maintain communication with parents about games, attendance and behavioral issues.
- Assist the GGG Sports Manager in creating workshops on team‑building, identity formation, and age‑appropriate issues affecting elementary‑school girls.
- Attend supervision meetings with the GGG Sports Manager and monthly GGG Professional Development sessions.
- Provide support with required paperwork: lesson plans, attendance records, and flyer creation.
- Communicate with parents and youth about the program.
- Meet regularly with the GGG Sports Manager and actively participate in supervision meetings, staff meetings, training, and After‑School meetings.
- Passion for Jamestown’s mission and commitment to providing high‑quality youth development experiences.
- Must be available 2:30pm–6:45pm Monday–Friday.
- Computer‑proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Experience coaching soccer with 11‑14‑year‑old girls preferred.
- Experience in girls’ sports programming.
- Experience working with multi‑ethnic, multicultural youth.
- Experience developing team‑building exercises and gender‑specific workshops.
- Spanish language ability strongly preferred but not required.
- Documentation meeting SFUSD Instructional Aide requirements or readiness to take an equivalency exam.
- Open to obtaining a USSoccer coaching license.
- Must be able to lift and carry 25pounds.
- Work in standard office and school settings, occasional travel within the Bay Area.
- Use of computer, phone, copier, and office equipment.
- Fingerprint and TB clearance.
This is an hourly, non‑exempt position, up to 25 hours a week, with no benefits.
