Job Title

We are looking for a youth housing coordinator. Could this position be for you? Do you like partnership work? Do you have a sense of contact? Can you balance autonomy and teamwork? Within the direction of solidarity actions and social development, you contribute to the implementation of the municipal policy of fighting against great precariousness by ensuring the evaluation, support and orientation of people in difficulties.

You contribute to the development of the social offer towards youth. In this context, your main missions are:

• On the housing aspect
  - Go to people on the street reported to the CCAS
  - Coordinate the interventions of partners around the care of people on the street reported to the CCAS
  - Ensure the social follow-up of people on the street or accommodated in housing
  - Accompany families accommodated in the emergency housing of the municipality towards a permanent housing (project to come)
• On the youth aspect
  - Make known the CCAS and its facilities to young Alfortvillais (18-25 years) - Be a force of proposal in order to develop actions in favor of youth according to the needs identified

Other missions
- Participate in the partnership network in terms of housing and youth
- Participate in the organization of the Metropolitan Night of Solidarity and in the collective actions of the direction
- Participate in the exceptional crisis management devices

Education:

• Required diploma of Social Service Assistant, Social and Family Economic Counselor or Specialized Educator
• Similar experience desired
