Job Title

Your role s in a nutshell

You are a key player in the preparation and organization of the Defense and Citizenship Day. Before the JD, you:

• Control and process files received from the municipalities.
• Assign young people to sessions while optimizing the organization of the rooms.
• Prepare the logistics of the sessions (transport, equipment, etc.).
• Maintain in good condition the equipment necessary for the JDC workshops.

During the JDC, you:

• Welcome and supervise the conscripts at internal or external sites.
• Lead interactive and educational workshops.
• Participate in the detection of young people with reading difficulties and refer them to insertion structures.
• Talk to young people interested in the military professions and accompany them to the CIRFA and CIR-GEND.
• Drive service vehicles for professional trips.
• Occasionally, as a replacement, carry out the functions of head of JDC session.

Beyond the JDC, you:

• Exchange with the municipalities to ensure smooth coordination.
• Inform the administrators.
