Educateur de jeunes enfants

Assurer l'accueil et l'encadrement d'un groupe d'enfants au sein d'une équipe en exerçant une autorité de compétence auprès de cette dernière pour veiller à l'application quotidienne des objectifs éducatifs et pédagogiques contribuant à l'éveil et au bon développement psychomoteur, affectif et relationnel des enfants.

Knowledge:
• Holder of the state diploma of educator for young children
• Knowledge of pediatrics, psychology, and psychomotricity.
• Knowledge of the legal, health, and social environment of the action related to early childhood
• Medico-social knowledge
• Knowledge of education methods and practices, techniques of games and activities
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
• Computer skills allowing the use of office software (word, excel)

• Skills in group reflection animation
• Ability to identify the expectations of the team and provide adapted responses

• Ability to analyze the needs of the child and his/her family and provide adapted responses.

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the General Code of the Public Service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
