Responsibilities:

• Ensures each dormitory delivers quality services to maintain a three percent Worker-to-Resident ratio.
• Ensures Recreation/Leisure Learning delivers quality services to students to meet established goals.
• Maintains level one and two offenses on dorms and in recreation areas with a goal of 10%, reducing serious incidents during evening program hours.
• Increases the number of students involved in Recreation/Leisure Learning and Leisure Time Employment.
• Increases opportunities by 10% for students to lead project-based teams during event hours.
• Conducts analysis of relevant documents to assess whether dorms and teams meet goals.
• Analyzes other data to identify problems and resolves them.
• Institutes and submits corrective actions for improvement in quality service across all areas.
• Ensures all equipment assigned to departments is properly accounted for and maintained in good condition.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma and one year related experience and/or training.
• Experience working with youth and adults ages 16-24 in an educational or training setting is preferred.
• Familiarity and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
