The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) is hiring a Program Specialist for the TOPS program. The role focuses on case management, job and college readiness, social-emotional support, and acculturation guidance for youth ages 14–24 with limited English skills.
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, you will develop workshops, coordinate tours, and assist with referrals and job placement. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring bilingual English and Cantonese/Mandarin
