GLIDE is seeking a Supervising Case Manager in San Francisco to lead a team of 1–3 Case Managers. The role focuses on outreach, intake, assessment, and development of individualized care plans for about 20–25 clients, with a pathway to housing stabilization.
Expect shift rotations (day, graveyard) and occasional emergency coverage. The position is part‑time (24 hours/week) with a focus on housing and wrap‑around services, including collaboration with GLIDE and community partners.
