YMCA of Greater San Francisco is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to provide direct case management and therapeutic services for youth involved in the juvenile justice system, or at risk due to truancy, in community and school settings.
Under supervision of the Director of Community Programs, you will work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00am–5:30pm, and Wednesdays 10:30am–7:00pm, with travel within the service area.
