Health RIGHT 360 in San Francisco operates the 214 Men’s Residential Step Down program—a 64-bed male transitional housing. The Recovery Coach delivers intake, assessment, crisis intervention, and case management to support clients toward lasting recovery.
You will facilitate meetings, coordinate internal/external resources, document updates, and ensure safety; weekend/holiday coverage is required. Must have a HS diploma, CPR/First Aid, and a CA driver's license.
