Job Description

The Case Specialist I works as part of the Rally Family Visitation team providing direct services to families referred through the Family Court, primarily in Marin, San Francisco and/or San Mateo. The Case Specialist's work schedule is determined by program needs and may include holidays, weekends and weekdays/evenings, as well as providing on-call coverage during direct service hours.

Rally Family Visitation Services is a community program of UCSF Health Saint Francis Hospital, serving Bay Area children and families since 1991. Building bridges essential to community health and well being—empowering joyful futures for vulnerable kids and families—Rally keeps kids safe and connected to both parents during very difficult transitions: separations, divorce or reunifications compounded by allegations and concerns about substance use, mental health, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and child abduction.

Welcoming family members without judgement, Rally’s mission is to promote the safety of children, the safety of adult victims of domestic violence, and equitable access to a neutral space and professional visitation services enabling children in separated families to experience healthy relationships with both parents.
