Compass Family Services in San Francisco is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support families enrolled in our rental subsidy program. You will conduct home visits, build trusting relationships, and help families achieve stability through goal setting in English and Spanish as needed.
You will coordinate rent payments with our finance team, maintain accurate client files, and document case notes in Salesforce and ONE System.
