Senior Software Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior Software Developer for our client to help build and scale a modern, event-driven platform that’s transforming professional services through technology. You’ll work on both frontend and backend systems, collaborating with a fully remote team of engineers, designers, and stakeholders.

This role offers strong ownership, technical autonomy, and the opportunity to influence distributed system architecture from day one.

• San Francisco, California (Remote) but must live in California

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems

• Contribute to distributed system and event-driven architecture

• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering

• Improve platform reliability, performance, and test coverage

• Turn business problems into clean, user-focused solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software development experience

• Experience with test-driven development

• Familiarity with microservices or service-oriented architectures

• Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical partners

• Tech Stack - Ruby | Rails | Postgre
