We’re hiring a Frontend Engineer to help build the user-facing product that brokers rely on every day.
The Role
As an early frontend engineer, you’ll own the design and implementation of intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for complex insurance workflows. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to turn messy, data-heavy processes into simple, delightful experiences. Your work will directly impact how brokers interact with and trust our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain frontend applications used by insurance brokers daily.
- Translate complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive UI/UX.
- Collaborate closely with product and design to ship features end to end.
- Work with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs and data pipelines.
- Improve frontend performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Establish and evolve frontend best practices, patterns, and tooling.
- Move quickly, prototype often, and iterate based on real user feedback.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience building production frontend applications.
- Experience shipping 0 → 1 products or major features.
- Ability to work across the stack when needed, with strong attention to detail.
- Product-minded: you care deeply about usability, polish, and end-user experience.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
- Humble, determined, and eager to learn.
Preferred
- Experience building React applications for data-heavy or enterprise users.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience collaborating closely with designers or owning UI decisions.
- Exposure to AI-powered or workflow automation products.
Compensation
- Equity: 0.25–1%
