Mobile Engineer

Overview

Oscar is working with a leading AI-native finance platform organization that is looking for an experienced React Native Engineer to join their team.

As the React
Native Engineer, you’ll take an existing alpha-stage app and turn it into a polished, world-class product surface.

• Own and build cross-platform mobile experiences in React Native for Goodfin Go, including messaging, real-time updates, investment workflows, and voice-oriented UI patterns
• Partner closely with product, design, and AI engineering to translate agentic workflows into responsive, intuitive, and trustworthy mobile UX
• Integrate LLM-native product experiences into the app, including context-aware flows, recommendations, and feedback loops
• Contribute across the stack through API design and backend integrations that enable secure, reliable execution
• Raise the bar on performance, reliability, release quality, and maintainable architecture—without slowing down shipping

• 3+ years of experience with React Native, Type Script
• 3+ years with Node.js, Type Script
• 3+ years with Python, FastAPI (AI orchestration and intelligence systems)
• Have shipped React Native apps to production and owned quality end to end
• Are comfortable taking over an existing codebase and improving architecture while continuing to deliver new features
• Have strong product intuition and care deeply about user trust
• Enjoy close collaboration with backend and AI teams
• Thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership and high standards

Salary: 120k-160k + Equity and Benefits
