Position: Python Developer
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $60–$90 /hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training Support Will Be Provided)- Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 standards.
- Develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts to challenge AI reasoning.
- Provide clear, human-readable explanations for backend logic and architectural decisions.
- Identify and flag edge cases or security vulnerabilities in AI-generated API logic.
- Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code.
- Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.
- Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
