The Role You'll own the platform that our customers use to build, deploy, and monitor their computer use agents. This means designing interfaces that make complex workflows feel simple, building APIs and SDKs that developers want to use, and shipping features fast based on customer feedback. Today, our customers are health tech companies building on top of Cloud Cruise. Your job is to make them wildly successful – give them the tools to go from idea to production automation in hours.

What You'll Work OnWork on our builder agent and workflow editor that lets customers create automations without deep technical expertise  Design and implement SDKs that are intuitive, well-documented, and a pleasure to integrate with  Own monitoring, debugging, and observability – help customers understand why an automation failed and how to fix it  Ship end-to-end features across the stack: frontend, backend, database, infrastructure  Build internal tools that make the Cloud Cruise team more productive

You Might Be a Fit You've built developer-facing products and understand what makes a great developer experience  You have strong product intuition – you can talk to a customer and come back with a clear picture of what to build  You're comfortable across the stack and don't get blocked waiting for someone else to build the other half  You ship fast and iterate based on feedback rather than trying to get it perfect the first time  You take pride in craft – clean code, thoughtful UI, clear documentation
