We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team in building a global compliance product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, skilled at bringing clarity to ambiguous situations through data‑driven experimentation.

You will work with an international team of product managers and stakeholders, tackling complex software architecture design challenges and building highly scalable services.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products and services.
• Create scalable, fault‑tolerant distributed systems for storage, indexing, and querying.
• Implement predictive solutions on distributed systems using state‑of‑the‑art technologies.
• Design and code effective solutions for broadly defined problems.
• Work in an agile environment to deliver high‑quality software.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 9+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 9+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

• 7+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
