I have partnered with a Series B Fintech who is building essential financial infrastructure that powers payment processing, fraud detection, and financial compliance for businesses handling 100M+ in weekly transaction volume.

They've raised $60 million to date and their engineering team currently sits at a headcount of 20, but they're looking to have doubled that by the end of this year. The client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to architect and build complex financial systems that process millions of dollars daily.

• Drive Technical Decisions:
  Lead architecture decisions that impact their entire platform and establish best practices for a growing team.
• Build:
  Build, test, and deploy software in a continuous manner.
• Mentor Engineers:
  Guide junior engineers and establish coding standards, design patterns, and engineering practices.
• Collaborate Across Teams:
  Work closely with product and compliance teams to design systems that meet business and regulatory requirements.

• 5+ years of Experience.
• Programming languages:
  Python. Some full-stack experience, such as work with React or Typescript, is a plus.
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Have mentored engineers and helped build strong engineering cultures.
• Preferably some previous experience at a start-up.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
