We’re building the intelligence layer that changes everything. Our AI monitors thousands of signals – funding rounds, clinical milestones, regulatory approvals – to identify the perfect moment for connection. What used to take hours now takes minutes.
We’re fundamentally transforming how scientific innovation gets to market. And we need exceptional engineers to build it with us.

- Handle real-time data from multiple sources. Make it fast, make it reliable, make it useful.
- Talk to customers, understand their problems, and build solutions that make their day better.
- Work on whatever needs doing. Small team = you’ll touch everything.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, cross-functional team.

- Experience with or ability to learn fast about the biotech / pharma space.
- The products you build will help shape the future of Cromatic and enable our life science clients to achieve their goals.
- You’ll work alongside teammates who are invested in your development.
- We travel together twice a year to a new city to try new food and experiences as a team.
- Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
