The insurance brokerage industry brings in $400 billion in revenue annually, yet over $130 billion of that is wasted on repetitive, manual processes. That includes physically reading millions of pages of documents, inputting information into legacy systems, and filing paperwork—all while trying to grow business in a tough market.

Coverflow is a seed stage AI company, founded by Princeton graduates, on a mission to make the insurance industry 10x more efficient. Our platform currently processes hundreds of insurance policies daily for agents globally, and our revenue has grown >60% MoM across the past 10 months. We’ve raised over $4.5M from AIX, Founder Collective, and Afore Capital, and we’re looking for additional software engineers to help build out features pivotal to the future of Coverflow.

• 3+ years experience in Python
• Excited to work in-person in our SF office
• Experience shipping 0 → 1 products or features, and demonstrated ability to do rapid prototyping
• Ability to move across the stack quickly while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Humble, determined, willing to take on any tasks and learn like crazy
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and based in the U.S.

• Experience building React frontend applications
• Demonstrated experience in building generative AI products
• Experience provisioning and deploying applications on AWS (e.g. EC2, S3)

• 0.5-1% equity
