• Care deeply about craftsmanship and have strong opinions about your work

• After familiar with our tech stack:
  React/Next.js, Typescript, MySQL, and Click House for agent context but we value strong fundamentals over any specific technology.

• Thrive on owning features end‑to‑end, from backend to polished UI to production

• Are thrilled by the prospect of building AI interfaces being used to literally save lives

• Ship features end-to-end with iteration cycles measured in hours, not quarters

• Scale our product into new industries and workflows through fast pilots and live demos

• Work directly with the founders on massive-scale, frontier problems

• Design systems where AI must decide in real time, balancing precision, speed, and user trust.
