• Ship production RAG systems capable of processing and performing semantic search on messy, 1,500‑page scanned and hand‑marked construction plan sets.
• Deploy computer vision models that interpret floor plans and structural drawings, collaborating with subject matter experts to eliminate hallucinations in high‑stakes environments.

• 4+ years of experience shipping production AI/ML products, with deep expertise in LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, and RAG pipelines.
• Proficient across the stack with Python (FastAPI), Celery, Docker, and GCP infra, including handling unstructured data and computer vision.
• Possesses startup DNA, comfortable navigating half‑baked specs and moving fast in a scrappy, 0→1 environment with prior founding team experience.
