We’re looking for experienced Infra Engineers to join our Foundation team. This team keeps the platform stable and the developers productive, ensuring that the infrastructure can process millions of dollars in mortgage transactions reliably and efficiently.

• Design, monitor, and improve highly available systems that process mortgage transactions.
• Build tooling and infrastructure to make developers more productive — reducing build times, fixing flaky tests, and streamlining deployments.
• Maintain code quality, teach best practices, and mentor junior engineers within the Foundation team.
• Respond to incidents, resolve breaking issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent future failures.
• Collaborate with coworkers to receive immediate feedback and iterate quickly on system improvements.

Base Salary: $140,000 / yr to $220,000 / yr + equity + benefits
