As a Founding Full‑Stack Engineer, you will build across backend, frontend, and agentic layers to turn messy operational reality into fast, AI‑native systems. This is a hands‑on founding role with real users, real environments, and real consequences.

• Build end‑to‑end product features across backend, frontend, and agentic layers
• Integrate LLMs and design safe, pragmatic tool interfaces
• Prototype quickly and iterate based on live operational feedback
• Debug across the entire stack and remove bottlenecks
• Collaborate closely with product, domain experts, and early customers
• Influence architecture, engineering standards, and the early roadmap
• Help shape hiring and engineering culture from the ground up

• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong fluency in Python or Type Script
• Proven ability to ship full‑stack features end‑to‑end
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI‑augmented features
• Strong debugging skills across backend and frontend
• Clear communicator with a bias toward action and simplicity

• Experience with agentic workflows or tool‑use patterns
• Familiarity with React, Node, FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Exposure to workflow engines or event‑driven systems
• Experience in operations‑heavy domains
• Prior zero‑to‑one or startup experience

This is a hybrid role with regular in‑person collaboration in Los Angeles or the San Francisco Bay Area. We are not a remote‑only company.
