Senior Rust Engineer - Distributed Systems + Database Internals

• Build backend systems designed to search and process massive volumes of structured and unstructured data at scale
• Develop high-performance infrastructure that enables fast querying across terabytes of historical data

Requirements:

• Strong backend engineering experience with distributed systems in production environments
• Experience with systems programming languages such as Rust (preferred) or Go, C/C++
• Familiarity with databases, database internals, and large-scale data processing systems
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts and backend infrastructure design
• Comfortable working with cloud-native infrastructure and modern backend tooling
• Experience building scalable ingestion, storage, or query systems is highly valuable
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, low-process startup environments
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to design, build, and operate systems end-to-end
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a backend focus
