Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Focus) Hybrid – San Francisco, CA (3+ days per week, Tue–Thur) $175,000 – $250,000 + Competitive Equity

We’re working with a high-growth, product-led cybersecurity business building a next-generation human risk platform that helps enterprises understand, measure, and influence employee behaviour in real time.

As the company scales, they’re now hiring for a Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Focus) to own the customer-facing surfaces that sit at the core of the product experience – the interfaces that deliver compliance training, video briefings, slideware, and real-time behavioural interventions across Slack, Google Chat, and web applications.

• You’ll sit at the delivery end of a real-time human risk pipeline – building and scaling the front-end experiences that transform behavioural intelligence into action.
• This is a frontend‑leaning full stack role where you’ll spend ~70% of your time on the frontend and ~30% on backend systems, helping bridge user experience with real‑time data infrastructure.
• You’ll be working across a modern product stack, building interfaces that deliver video‑based compliance training, behavioural nudges, and real‑time security interventions, while contributing to backend services and data flows that power them.

• Owning and building customer‑facing frontend applications in React
• Developing interfaces for video streaming, training modules, and real‑time notifications
• Supporting backend services and data models (including API and schema design)
• Working across systems that integrate behavioural signals and real‑time event data
• Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape product direction
• Improving performance, usability, and scalability across the full stack experience

• Strong JavaScript / Type Script experience with deep React expertise
• Proven experience building full stack, product‑led features end‑to‑end
• Strong understanding of frontend‑to‑backend integration (APIs, Graph
  
  QL, data flow)
• Experience working in startup or scale‑up environments with high ownership
• Product mindset with strong user empathy and focus on measurable impact post‑launch
• Ability to work across frontend and backend without being limited to infrastructure‑only work

This role is based in San Francisco, with a hybrid model of 3+ days per week in-office (Tuesday–Thursday).
