Senior Mobile Engineer; iOS & Android — Lead & Build

Responsibilities:

• Build a highly available mobile app for iOS and Android
• Influence the roadmap and tech stacks for future mobile apps/flows in the company using native or cross-platform or a combination.
• Build and maintain a robust mobile development platform that works with Graph
  
  QL and Restful APIs
• Maintain a high level of quality in our code bases through well-written automated tests and good architecture and code review practices
• Work with teams to design and implement new user-facing features
• Investigate the use of ML to enhance user flows
• Work with a team of passionate, smart, and ambitious engineers who are working on building large scale systems.
• Learn from and help shape our company's engineering culture
• Take ownership, champion best practices, and help grow one of the strongest engineering teams

Requirements:

• Experience developing and deploying an app to the Apple App Store and Google Play App Store
• 10+ years of professional Mobile App development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Experience programming with the Swift Language on iOS and Kotlin Language on Android
• Experience creating User Interfaces with Swift
  
  UI and/or UIKit on iOS and Jetpack Compose on Android
• Hands-on with code, ability to build frameworks and lead by example.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, OO design, and distributed systems architecture
• Experience in working with Responsive/Reactive Frameworks i.e. RxSwift, Combine, etc
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Experience with Enterprise MDMs like Jamf, airwatch
• Ability to work with RESTful and or Graph
  
  QL services
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field experience

Additional Knowledge and Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with HIPAA compliance and the security of PHI data
• Familiarity with Healthcare IT standards as well as with Healthcare workflows
• Experience working with Wearable devices

$160,000 - $225,000 a year

Salary range is listed above. There are several factors that determine final pay for a position including location and experience. Total compensation will typically include salary + performance bonus + equity.
