SDK Technical Lead Manager for -Source & ROS

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of software engineers
,
• Advanced proficiency programming in at least one of C++, Python, or Go
,
• Proficiency programming in at least two programming languages
,
• Extensive experience with Protobuf
,
• Experience contributing to or managing projects within open-source ecosystems
,
• (Desirable) Experience developing and maintaining a Type Script codebase
,
• (Desirable) Familiarity with ROS or other robotics software
,
• (Desirable) Experience extending and maintaining Bazel infrastructure

• As a Technical Lead Manager on the Extensibility Squad, your mission is to empower software developers to access the Intrinsic platform APIs and to use Intrinsic tools to extend Flowstate
,
• You will lead an engineering team responsible for making our platform software more readily available for external users, and have a large stake in efforts to work closer to ROS and other open-source ecosystems
,
• We expect this role to be a mix of technical leadership, individual contribution, and people management
,
• You will set technical direction, mentor your team, and work hands-on with an SDK that involves a lot of C++, Python, and Protobuf, alongside a growing Type Script codebase
,
• Empower software developers to access the Intrinsic platform APIs and to use Intrinsic tools to extend Flowstate
,
• Lead the team in making our platform software more readily available and accessible for external users
,
• Drive technical efforts to work closer to ROS and integrate deeply with other open-source ecosystems

• Mentor engineers to foster technical growth while acting as a hands-on individual contributor
