• Must have skills:
  React, Type Script, and Next.js or Tan Stack.
• 5+ years of experience, with a strong preference for startup background over big tech or non-tech software development.

• Salary range is $200,000 to $275,000, with potential flexibility through hiring bonuses for exceptional candidates.
• Willing to sponsor visas except for new H1B. Open to OPT and H1B transfers.

• Immediate need for 2-3 front-end engineers, with potential to hire up to 5 if candidates are outstanding.
