Senior Automation Engineer; Quality Assurance

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable automation frameworks, strong programming skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in fast-paced, agile environments
• 6+ years of experience in QA with strong focus on test automation
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java Script
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate
• Strong understanding of test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Mocha, etc.)
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or Git Lab CI
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
• (Desirable) Experience in performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, etc.)
• (Desirable) Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• (Desirable) Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• (Desirable) Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems

• We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer (QA) to drive test automation strategy, design, and execution across our products
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks
• Build automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend services
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and Dev Ops teams to ensure quality across the SDLC
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive issues to closure
• Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for automation
• Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and execution time
• Participate in design reviews and provide inputs from a quality perspective
