Product Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for product-minded engineers who want to build critical, user-facing features. We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything. Instead, we are looking for candidates with a distinct "spike" in technical depth
—whether that is crafting complex React UIs or architecting scalable backend systems.

We have a stage in our interview process built-in for you to showcase your strengths. If you are already fullstack, a backend wizard who wants to get closer to the user, or a frontend architect ready to own full features, we want to hear from you.

• Build the full lifecycle: Collaborate closely with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1.
• Solve complex technical challenges: Whether it’s optimizing virtualized rendering for large data collections or architecting reliable content management systems, you will tackle hard engineering problems.

• Performance & Scale: Improve application performance through profiling and implement scalable solutions that grow with our user base.

• Product Intuition: You have a desire to work on front-facing products that users interact with daily. You care about the "why" as much as the "how".
• Adaptability: You are willing to step outside your comfort zone. If you are backend-heavy, you are willing to touch the frontend (and vice versa) to get a feature over the line.
• Agency & Ownership: You thrive in environments where you define the solution rather than just implementing a spec.
