At Cura Fi, we develop software solutions that facilitate the management of drugs and workflows and improve the healthcare journey for doctors and patients with complex conditions
. Our platform assists healthcare providers and payers by offering tools that provide insights into drug cost management, risk analysis, and provider enablement
. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evolving our products and driving significant impact in the healthcare sector
. You'll get to work alongside domain experts and former YC founders.

• React 16.8+ (React hooks) – Proficient in building responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
• Python – Advanced skills in Python for robust backend development.
• Web Frameworks – Experience with Flask or comparable frameworks.
• SQL (MySQL) – Strong ability to perform complex database queries and manage data effectively.

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic front‑end interfaces and efficient backend services.
• Create and manage RESTful APIs, focusing on scalability and security.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to enhance product features & user experience.
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and debugging.
• Proactively solve technical issues and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them where beneficial.

• Strong skills in data manipulation and API development.
• Experience or knowledge of healthcare industry, particularly in managing healthcare data.
• Proficiency in deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku.
• Understanding or experience with AI and machine learning technologies, especially in LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to engage deeply with complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Enthusiastic about hands‑on involvement and capable of taking initiative in a dynamic environment.

At least 5 years in software development, with substantial exposure to full‑stack projects.
