• Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• 2+ years' experience in frontend development

• Experience with Framer / unframer for embedding designer-built components
• Accessibility audit experience (Voice Over, axe-core)
• Background in marketplace or recruiting product UX

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision making
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to structure problems from scratch

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building, iterating, and scaling
• Comfortable with gritty execution work, these are hands-on, operationally intense roles
• Obsessed with quality, detail, and shipping experiences that feel right
