Senior Backend Engineer

The company are building tools that enable people to create, automate, and scale complex workflows. The platform serves a large and growing global user base and operates at significant scale.

• Design, build, and operate backend services that support a rapidly growing platform.
• Work across product and infrastructure boundaries to deliver features end-to-end.
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and iteration.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

• Technical background:
  Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, backend architecture, and scalability
• Proficiency in modern backend technologies such as with Python or Go, RESTful API's, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL
• A passion for building high-quality systems that unlock genuine productivity gains for technical teams.
