You will be a core member of an elite team building the marketplace infrastructure for personalized medicine. As an early hire, you will architect systems from scratch and ship features that transform how brick-and-mortar clinics source and fulfill treatments, replacing legacy manual processes with a seamless software-driven commerce experience.

• Join a founding team with a pedigree of scaling healthcare unicorns like Eucalyptus and Virta Health from seed to $500M+ valuations.
• Build in a $30B+ market ripe for disruption, replacing fax machines with a "Shopify for compounding pharmacies" that simplifies complex clinical workflows.
• Work in a high-density talent environment alongside former venture-backed founders and operators from top-tier companies like Canva and Deel.

• Design and implement scalable backend architectures and sophisticated React interfaces to handle complex healthcare data and fulfillment logic.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to scope products, conduct customer research, and translate clinic needs into production-ready software.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of core features, making critical engineering tradeoffs to maintain a high velocity without sacrificing reliability.

• Demonstrates significant experience building 0-to-1 products from scratch, ideally with deep proficiency in React, Type Script, and API design.
• Shows mastery of modern AI development workflows, specifically using tools like Cursor to accelerate shipping speed and code quality.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with the ambiguity of a seed-stage startup and eager to eventually found their own company.
