As a Software Engineer, you will architect core infrastructure and multi-modal AI pipelines that automate complex claims processing. Shipping to production from day one, you will work alongside world-class builders from HFT firms and elite research labs to scale a product growing 50% month-over-month.

- Possesses 2-5 years of experience building scalable backend systems, ideally with a background in Python and cloud mastery (AWS/GCP/Docker).
- Demonstrates high agency and a "founding engineer" mindset, having previously solved complex technical problems in high-intensity environments like HFT or quant shops.
- Holds a strong technical pedigree from top-tier institutions or competitive programming backgrounds (e.g., ICPC, Cambridge, Harvard, or Oxford).
