This role involves defining and executing Coinbase's technical strategy for Solana while optimizing validator performance and ensuring deep integration across products.
Ideal candidates have extensive experience with Solana’s architecture, can design complex distributed systems, and have a record of public speaking in the Solana ecosystem.
The position offers a competitive salary of $218,025 - $256,500 annually, alongside equity and benefits in a hybrid work model.
