You will design and deploy production‑grade AI agents for the world’s largest real‑estate institutions. As an early engineer, you'll own end‑to‑end product workflows that automate complex acquisitions and development tasks. This role sits at the intersection of long‑running agents and physical‑world impact, scaling a platform already generating 7‑figure revenue.

• Design, build, and deploy production‑grade AI agents using Python, Lang Graph, and modern LLM frameworks to automate high‑stakes real‑estate workflows.
• Partner directly with domain experts and trillion‑dollar asset managers to translate manual processes into autonomous, long‑running agentic systems.
• Ship full‑stack features end‑to‑end, taking full ownership of reliability, context engineering, and the technical outcomes of your code in production.

• Has 3‑5 years of engineering experience, ideally at elite vertical AI or high‑growth startups like Harvey, Scale AI, or Ramp.
• Demonstrates proven experience shipping production‑grade LLM‑based systems or agents that solve non‑trivial, multi‑step reasoning problems for real users.
• Possesses a full‑stack engineering toolkit with a strong ownership mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and moving with extreme velocity in a startup environment.
