We’re seeking a versatile Senior Software Engineer who enjoys solving difficult problems across a broad range of technical domains. Rather than being confined to a single team or technology stack, you’ll contribute wherever your expertise creates the greatest value—whether that’s core platform architecture, customer‑facing experiences, infrastructure, internal systems, data services, or entirely new product initiatives.

• Lead critical engineering initiatives from initial concept through architecture, implementation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, distributed systems, and modern web experiences that support a rapidly growing customer base.
• Rapidly prototype new concepts, validate assumptions with users, and iterate based on data and business impact.
• Contribute across multiple areas of the platform, adapting to evolving priorities and opportunities.
• Leverage modern AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate execution, improve code quality, and uncover innovative technical solutions.
• Participate in technical planning, architecture reviews, and engineering strategy discussions.
• Help establish best practices that improve reliability, scalability, developer productivity, and system performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Take ownership of production systems, ensuring stability, observability, and long‑term maintainability.

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Experience working in startup environments, ideally as an early engineering hire, founding engineer, or founder.
• Strong track record of delivering products, features, or systems that achieved meaningful user or business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple technologies and problem domains without rigid specialization.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable production systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, APIs, and distributed systems concepts.
• Hands‑on experience incorporating AI‑powered development tools and LLM‑based workflows into daily engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, low‑ego approach to problem solving.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and independently drive initiatives forward.
