Founding Full-Stack Engineer (YC-backed AI Startup)
Location:
San Francisco, USA (On-site)
We’re partnering with an early-stage, YC-backed startup building a cutting-edge no-code AI platform that empowers non-technical users to build powerful applications.
This is a Founding Engineer role — you’ll work directly with the founders, own critical product decisions, and build systems from scratch that scale to millions of users.
What You’ll Do- Build end-to-end full-stack features (idea → production)
- Design and scale backend infrastructure & AI-powered systems
- Work closely with founders and early users to shape the product
- Take ownership of architecture, product direction & engineering standards
- Strong Full-Stack Development (React, Type Script, Node.js)
- Experience working in fast-paced / early-stage environments
- Ownership mindset – ability to build from scratch and operate autonomously
- Founding engineer mindset – thrives in 0→1 environments
- Strong bias for speed + quality execution
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and AI systems
- Experience with AWS / backend systems OR advanced frontend frameworks
- Passion for building AI-first products & developer tools
