AI Engineer

We're looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys shipping products, experimenting quickly, and turning the latest advances in AI into features customers actually use. You'll work closely with product and engineering leadership to build intelligent workflows, agentic systems, and AI-powered experiences that sit at the core of the product.

• Build and deploy AI-powered product features using LLMs, structured outputs, and tool call integration.
• Design and improve retrieval systems, embeddings pipelines, and RAG architecture.
• Develop agentic workflows involving tools, memory, planning, and orchestration.
• Measure and optimize quality, latency, reliability, and cost in product integration.
• Work across the stack to bring AI capabilities directly into customer-facing products.

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful exposure to AI or machine learning product development.
• Strong Python skills and experience building backend systems.
• Hands‑on experience working with modern LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).
• Experience building and shipping AI features that have reached real users.
• Product‑minded engineer who values speed, iteration, and user experience.

• Experience with agent frameworks and autonomous workflows.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
• Exposure to model fine‑tuning, evaluation frameworks, or inference infrastructure.
