We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager to drive execution excellence across our engineering organization. This role partners closely with the Director of Engineering and technical leads to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across Frontend, Backend, Integrations, Platform, and Applied ML teams.

The Engineering Program Manager will play a central role in scaling our engineering operations as we expand across enterprise health systems and federal deployments. This is a highly cross‑functional role that requires strong operational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments.

• Drive sprint planning, execution, and retrospective processes across engineering teams
• Maintain visibility into engineering capacity, resource allocation, and workload balancing
• Track project milestones and ensure on‑time delivery across multiple work streams
• Identify cross‑team dependencies and proactively manage risks
• Coordinate release planning and readiness activities
  
  Partner with Product to ensure engineering has clear, actionable requirements
• Prepare delivery status updates and executive‑ready reporting
• Improve engineering workflows, documentation, and operational processes
• Support scaling initiatives as the engineering organization grows

• 4–8+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical program management, or similar roles
• Experience managing complex software delivery across multiple engineering teams
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD workflows, and modern software development practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage ambiguity in fast‑growing environments

• Experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
• Experience supporting regulated or federal deployments
• Technical background in software engineering or systems
• Experience working closely with ML‑enabled systems
